Feilaira ships from our USA facility quickly and securely. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process, delivery times, tracking, and international orders.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer FREE shipping on every 3-bottle and 6-bottle order. Standard shipping fees apply to single-bottle orders within the United States.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package on the carrier's website. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL for international orders. The carrier used for your order depends on your shipping address and order size.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact our support team immediately at support@feilaira.com — if your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address.

If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days or your package appears lost, please contact our support team. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if necessary, send a replacement.

If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged package and product, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
